All I can say is WOW!!! This place is AMAZING! I help care for my elderly neighbor who is on several medications. She was having trouble with her previous pharmacy, so we were advised to try Williams Brothers. I am so glad we did! Amber was a huge help to us, and even kept in contact with me via text messaging until we got everything transferred over. She made it quick and painless! I’ve been a customer for literally 2 days, but after years of being a CVS customer, I am astonished with how I’ve been treated thus far by Williams Bros. I submitted a prescription transfer request online, they called the next day to say they’d been transferred. I called them back, asked if I could get them delivered, and they said they could deliver them THAT DAY…FOR FREE. The delivery guy could not have been nicer or more helpful! He even took my payment at the door. I’m not used to a pharmacy saying they’re going to do something and then ACTUALLY doing it!! So pleased with them so far. Their customer service is top notch!
