Why are the pharmacy hours being reduced?

We have adjusted our hours to better align with customer demand and ensure we continue providing quality service. These changes also allow us to optimize staffing levels and support the well-being of our pharmacy team.

When do the new hours take effect?
The revised hours will go into effect on Monday, February 3rd.
Will the reduction in hours affect prescription fulfillment?
No, your prescriptions will continue to be filled in a timely manner. We encourage customers to plan ahead and pick up medications during the new operating hours.

Will the reduced hours impact flu shots, vaccinations, or other services?

We will continue to offer all pharmacy services during the revised hours. Please schedule appointments accordingly.
Are prescription delivery services available?

Yes! To accommodate customers during the reduced hours, we offer prescription delivery services directly to your home. 

How can I ensure I never miss a dose of my medication?

Take advantage of our automatic refill and synchronized refill programs

  • Automatic Refill: Automatically refill your prescriptions on schedule so they’re ready when you need them. 
  • Synchronized Refills: Align your prescription refill dates so you can pick up all your medications at the same time. Contact us to enroll in these programs or learn more!
Can I still refill my prescriptions online or through the mobile app?
Yes, our online and Rx Local mobile app services remain available 24/7. You can request refills and check order statuses anytime.
How can I manage my medications easily?

Download our RxLocal app to: 

  • Message directly with the pharmacy team. 
  • Request prescription refills quickly. 
  • Set medication reminders to help you stay on track. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
What should I do if I need medication after hours?

For urgent prescription needs, you can: 

  • Visit a nearby 24-hour pharmacy 
  • Contact your healthcare provider for emergency assistance.
Are the reduced hours temporary or permanent?
Currently, this is a permanent change. However, we will continue to assess customer needs and adjust as necessary.
How will this impact other in-store services?
All non-pharmacy services will also operate following the new hours.
